The Department of Scientific Management and Scientometrics (ONMiN) was established in January 2019 and reports to the Vice-Rector for Science.
The aim of the ONMiN is to enhance the efficiency of scientific research activities at the University and its structural divisions.
1. methodological and information-analytical support for the University’s activities in the field of scientific management and scientometrics;
2. development and promotion of proposals for the implementation of an effective research policy at the University;
3. provision of reports on the University’s scientific activities.
ONMiN is a team of professionals in the field of scientific management and scientometrics with extensive experience in preparing a wide range of analytical and informational materials, conducting master classes on project management, including scientific projects, and organising events to support and develop the University's human resources in the field of scientific research.
